The topic of the case study is up to you and can be one that you have presented during your professional work experience or a project you have worked on during your time in business school (not a case you have read and written a report on). This must be something you have directly worked on. The details are as follows:

  • Topic: Share with us a business problem you have worked on, what you did, and what the resolution and results were. It can be on any part of your prior work or current academic experience.
  • Timeframe: 25 minute presentation with 15 minute Q&A
  • Length: Limit your slides to a maximum of 15 slides
  • Submission: You must submit your final presentation slides no later than 10:00am MST the day before your scheduled interviews.
  • Handouts: Please do not print out handouts of your slides and limit any other handouts to what is absolutely necessary to print for the success of the presentation. If you will have handouts, please come prepared with 2 copies.
  • Q&A: Immediately following your case presentation, the interviewer will ask you follow-up questions and will also give you an opportunity to ask questions of them.
  • Evaluation: You will be evaluated on communication skills, presentation skills, business acumen, and analytical acumen.
